This is a resin accessory for an interior, a cockpit or a diorama, not a model. The set contains a group of American fire extinguishers of the Second World War type in 1:32 scale, including versions with brackets. The parts are printed in resin on a 3D printer and faithfully capture the shape and the small detail.
Fire extinguishers bring aircraft cockpits, vehicle interiors and diorama scenes to life. Small accessories of this kind give a model a sense of scale and conviction, because they fill corners that would otherwise be empty.
Before separating the parts from the print supports, dip them in hot water; the resin softens slightly and will not chip, and it hardens again once cooled. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a filler primer before painting, then paint them and add the small stenciling.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
