Airscale WWI Allied and German instruments in 1:32 is a set of colored instrument decals for the cockpits of First World War aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of colored decals of instrument dials (not a model of an aircraft) intended for the cockpits of First World War aircraft in the large 1:32 scale. Airscale is a British brand focused on cockpit accessories. The sheet brings together motifs for Allied and German machines of that era, whose instrument fit was simpler and different from that of later aircraft.
The sheet brings faithfully printed dials of period instruments as they are found in the open cockpits of First World War aircraft, that is pressure gauges, tachometers, compasses, clocks and other simple indicators. The large 1:32 scale allows legible scales and detailed work.
Paint the instrument panel or the wooden board in a matching color, cut the dials out closely and seat them on the places of the instruments. Fix them with a decal softener and, once dry, add a drop of gloss varnish for the impression of glass. Combining them with photo-etched instrument bezels from the same brand is ideal.
The accessory is supplied as a sheet of decals; it is not a model of an aircraft. Paints, varnish and the kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
