Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from the American manufacturer AMT represents the cult orbital station Deep Space 9 from the Star Trek series in 1:3300 scale. Besides the station itself, the package holds the U.S.S. Defiant and a Cardassian Keldon-class cruiser. Selected parts are molded in clear plastic, so the model also suits added backlighting.
Deep Space 9 is the space station around which the plot of the science fiction series of the same name turns. Its characteristic ring structure with projecting docking pylons is among the best-known designs in the Star Trek universe and is a rewarding subject for collectors and fans of the genre alike.
The model uses easier snap-fit assembly, with glue more of a supplement for firmer joints. Leave the clear parts for backlighting and mask them while painting. Waterslide decals with panels and windows are included; apply them to a smooth, ideally varnished base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
