An injection-molded plastic kit of the British towed QF 6-pounder anti-tank gun (57 mm caliber) in 1:35 scale from Zvezda. The exact contents of the particular package, the decals and any crew, are given in the instructions in the box.
The QF 6-pounder (57 mm caliber) was the standard British anti-tank gun of the Second World War, which replaced the weaker 2-pounder gun. It entered service from 1942 and could deal with most German tanks of the day, especially once more capable ammunition had been introduced. British and Allied forces used it, it was also mounted in some armored vehicles, and it was built under license. Thanks to its reasonable weight it was easy to move and to dig into firing positions.
Accuracy shows on a gun, so take care over clean fitting of the shield, the carriage and the wheels. Decide whether you want the carriage arms spread in the firing position or closed for transport. Bring the base khaki British color to life with shading, bring out the metal parts of the barrel and the breech with dry-brushing, and suggest contact with the ground with dust pigments on the wheels and around the arms.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
