The Type 89 is a self-propelled rocket launcher of the Chinese People's Liberation Army that carries a bundle of 122 mm rocket tubes on a tracked chassis. It serves for area artillery fire and quick fire support. The crew operates the launcher from a protected cab on the hull.
First assemble and paint the running gear and the lower hull. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement and clean the fine launch tubes carefully. Treat the surface with a primer and paint with an airbrush; build the final weathering with washes and pigments for dust and mud effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
