An industrial ruin in 1:35: the Destroyed factory from the diorama line of the Italian brand Royal Model.
Responsibility details are not available.
An industrial building after a hit, worked as a backdrop for a tableau in 1:35. Royal Model keeps it in the range intended for building dioramas: it is not equipment but the setting into which you place equipment and figures. Factory masonry with empty window openings gives a scene height and a natural frame.
During the Second World War industrial areas were among the hardest-fought spaces. They were the target of air raids, they served as fortified strongpoints and the fighting for them was waged hall by hall, from Stalingrad through the Silesian cities as far as the Rhineland of 1945. High outer walls with smashed windows and twisted structure are characteristic of these scenes.
Before gluing, move the backdrop about on the base and find the angle from which the display will be most legible. Darken the inner sides of the masonry, so that the openings come across as deep. Over a base of gray and brick paint, lay traces of soot above the openings, rusty trickles below the iron features, and at the foot pour small rubble joined with thin glue. It is better not to put glass into the windows, as empty openings come across more naturally after a hit.
The accessory comes without paint and without terrain work; brushes, pigments and a base board are acquired separately.
