A fine 3D-printed accessory showing the antenna of the FuG 16 ZY airborne radio set, of the kind fitted to German fighter aircraft of the Second World War. It is not an airplane kit but a detail part that will replace a simplified or missing piece on a base model in 1:35 scale.
The FuG 16 ZY was an airborne VHF radio set of the Luftwaffe serving for communication and for the direction of fighters. Its characteristic antenna belongs to the typical recognition features of German aircraft of that time.
Carefully separate the part from the print supports, wash the residue off it and sand the contact faces down. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Degrease the part before painting and apply a primer.
It is supplied as a standalone detail part without paints and glue.
