The Type 97 Chi-Ha was the most numerous medium tank of the Imperial Japanese Army in the Second World War. It featured a low silhouette, riveted armor and a 57 mm gun supplemented by machine gun armament. It saw action in the Pacific theater as well as in fighting on the Asian mainland.
Finish the running gear before closing up the hull. Glue the parts with a thin liquid cement for plastic, and apply the Japanese camouflage scheme with an airbrush over a primer coat. The riveted surface comes out well after a dark wash and light dry-brushing; suggest dust on the running gear with pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
