Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British light off-road vehicle FV18001 Mk. 1 with an 80 inch wheelbase in its early production form, in 1:35 scale from Gecko Models. The set also holds a light Bantam trailer of 10 cwt capacity. The box offers plastic and clear parts, photo-etched fret, decals and several small arms. The real subject is equipment of the Korean War period.
The FV18001 was a British light four-wheeled off-road vehicle with all-wheel drive, used to carry a crew and light loads. Its low silhouette and cross-country ability made it well suited to liaison and reconnaissance tasks. The light Bantam trailer extended its carrying capacity.
Assemble the chassis, the axles and the engine bay first. Glue photo-etched parts such as grilles and brackets with cyanoacrylate. Bring the vehicle and the trailer together with a shared shade and add dust and mud effects with washes and pigments. Paint the small arms separately.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
