An injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary London double-decker bus LGOC B-Type in 1:35 scale from the maker MiniArt. The model is distinguished by a fine rendering with a well worked out chassis, engine, interior of both decks and an open upper deck. The model is assembled and painted.
The B-Type bus of the London company LGOC was one of the first mass-produced urban double-deckers and became an icon of London transport of the 1910s. It was typified by its open upper deck, wooden body and reliable chassis. These vehicles served in ordinary service and in the period of the First World War alike.
The kit is richly divided, so work by sub-assembly and paint the parts of the interior before you close them up. Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic and clean the fine parts up carefully. We recommend a primer, an airbrush for the large areas and a brush for the details; the wood and the advertising panels will be brought to life by pigments and a fine wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
