Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic model of the M4 Sherman Composite Hull medium tank in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Dragon, in the version for the Pacific battlefield (PTO, the Pacific Theater of Operations). The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted; for the exact contents of the package, go by the enclosed instructions.
The designation composite hull means the joining of a cast front section of the hull with a welded rear: it was a late production execution of the basic M4 series. This version carried the 75mm gun and was powered by a Continental radial gasoline engine. A large part of these machines headed for the fighting in the Pacific, where the Shermans supported landings against Japanese fortifications on the islands.
First finish the running gear and the underside of the hull. Accentuate the transition between the cast and the welded part of the hull with a fine difference in texture and with a wash. Spray the olive green base over a primer; heavy dust, mud and paint faded by the sun suit the Pacific deployment. Pigments and a dry brush will add dust and scuffed metal on the tracks and the fenders.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
