Plusmodel 1:35 Roof tiles - Italian type is a set of shaped tiles for faithfully roofing buildings and ruins in a diorama in 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds a collection of individual roof tiles of the Italian (Mediterranean) type in 1:35 scale from the Plusmodel brand. It is not a kit, but a building material for dioramas - the tiles are laid on the roof of a house, a ruin or a farm building and create realistic roofing with a regular structure.
The tiles give a building the believable southern character typical of Italy and the Mediterranean. The package holds roughly 140 pieces of them, so they are enough for a smaller roof area; larger roofs can be put together from several packages.
Lay the tiles in rows with a slight overlap and glue them with super glue. In color they come alive with a combination of terracotta shades, followed by washes and pigments for aging, moss and water staining; it is a good idea to set each row slightly apart in tone.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and a building are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
