An injection-molded plastic kit of the Russian armored off-road vehicle GAZ-233014 STS, nicknamed the Tiger, in 1:35 scale. The set captures the characteristic silhouette and the detailed interior of the cab faithfully, and offers opening doors, a rotating roof ring mount, clear parts for the lights, photo-etched parts for the intake grille and tires with full texture.
The GAZ-233014 is the military version of the family of high-mobility GAZ-2330 Tiger vehicles, similar in shape to the American Humvee; it entered service in 2007. The vehicle reaches high speeds across country and carries a crew of up to six. Its armament consists of the 30 mm AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher and the 7.62 mm Pecheneg machine gun on a roof ring mount.
Assemble and paint the interior of the cab before closing it up. Use thin modeling cement on the plastic joints, apply a primer and paint with an airbrush. Protect the glazing while painting; bring the chassis and the tires to life with dust and mud effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
