The BM-21 Grad is a Soviet and Russian 122 mm self-propelled rocket launcher mounted on an off-road truck chassis. The pack carries forty launch tubes, which it can fire in quick succession to cover area targets. The late version differs from the earlier ones in the form of the chassis and in further modifications. The Grad is one of the most widespread rocket launchers of its kind and is still in use in many armies today.
Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement. Finish the chassis, the engine section and the cab before you fit the launcher pack. Primer and an airbrush are the way to go; bring the uniform green scheme to life by lightening the surfaces, with washes in the hollows and pigments for dust and mud effects on the wheels and the underside.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
