This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from MiniArt represents the Soviet T-60 light tank in the form with applique (screened) armor from the production of Plant No. 264 in Stalingrad. As an Interior Kit version it contains a full internal interior and therefore consists of a large number of parts; a photo-etched fret and clear parts complete it.
The T-60 was a small Soviet light tank of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, armed with a rapid-firing 20 mm gun. It was built in large numbers as cheap and readily available combat equipment. The form with additional armor plates increased the resistance of the frontal armor.
It is an interior set, so first assemble, paint and weather the inner space, and only then close the hull and the turret. Some of the hatches can be left open so that the interior is on show. Use thin cement on the plastic and spray the model with an airbrush over a base coat. Bring the outer surface to life by picking out the edges, with washes and with dust pigments on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
