Firma49 1:35 American SCR-300 radio set is a resin diorama accessory faithfully capturing the portable backpack military radio set from the period of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A precisely rendered resin (3D-printed) replica of the American portable backpack radio set SCR-300 in 1:35 scale. This is not a kit of equipment, but a diorama accessory for figures and scenes. The SCR-300 was the first practically fielded backpack infantry radio set, operated by a radio operator carrying the device on his back; in a scene it gives figures of signalers and command posts an authentic character.
Before working the resin, immerse it briefly in warm water so that it softens and the supports can be cut off without chipping. Wash the parts, clean them up with respiratory protection and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Add the antenna and the fine elements carefully; the detail stands out after a primer and a fine wash.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
