This resin kit in 1:35 scale from the Plusmodel brand captures the American two-axle (tandem) trailer M18. The set combines classic resin and 3D printed parts, and photo-etch and decals come with it. The model is meant for experienced builders who will appreciate the faithful execution of the detail.
The M18 was an American four-wheeled trailer with a load capacity of around two tons, used for carrying various loads. Most often it served as the carrier of an electric generator for searchlights or for command posts. A hand winch and folding ramps made handling easier and kept it from sinking in soft terrain.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, remove the supports on the 3D printed elements, cut off the casting blocks and glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate); sand with protection of the airways. We recommend a primer, an airbrush and weathering with washes and pigments; the trailer comes into its own splendidly in vehicle dioramas.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
