An injected plastic set of diorama accessories in 1:35 scale from the MiniArt brand. The package contains a set of small wooden barrels (20 pieces according to the name) with faithfully rendered wood texture and hoops. It is a typical accessory that will bring military and civilian dioramas alike to life — stores, yards, workshops, marketplaces or supply scenes. Small decals for lettering and telling the barrels apart tend to be included as well.
The barrels are standalone diorama elements, not a model of a vehicle or a building. They will serve as filling and as life in a scene around equipment or figures, to suggest supplies of fuel, water, food or other material.
Glue the parts with thin modeling cement for plastic. Wood stands out with an underpainting, glazes and a dry brush; set the metal hoops apart with a darker shade and suggest rust lightly. Pigments and washes will help to place the barrels in their surroundings and to unify them with the base of the diorama.
These are diorama accessories, not a model of a vehicle. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
