A set of four 3D-printed resin AAM-3 air-to-air guided missiles in 1:48 scale. The parts are printed from modeling resin with fine detail of the seeker head, the fins and the missile body. It is add-on armament for models of Japanese fighters, not an aircraft kit.
The AAM-3 (Type 90) is a Japanese short-range air-to-air guided missile with infrared guidance, developed as the successor to earlier missiles based on the Sidewinder. It is carried by Japanese fighters, for example the F-4EJ, the F-2 and the F-15J.
Wash the residue of uncured print resin off the parts, cut them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Sand with respiratory protection and apply a primer before painting.
This is add-on armament in resin, not an aircraft kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
