It contains two BLU-27A/B napalm (incendiary) bombs weighing 750 lb, which can be built with tail fins (the MXU-469/B stabilizer) or without them. The parts from direct 3D printing have a faithful surface texture. It is not an aircraft model but accessory armament for Cold War and Vietnam-era aircraft.
The BLU-27 was an American napalm bomb shaped like a teardrop tank, used widely in the Vietnam War. It was dropped from low level and on impact spread a flammable mixture over a large area. It was carried by a range of aircraft of the day, for example the A-1, the A-4, the F-4 or the F-105.
Wash any print resin residue off the resin parts, separate them from the print supports and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding; apply a base coat (primer) before the clear coat.
This is an accessory armament set in resin, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
