A detail accessory, not an airplane model. By direct 3D printing the set renders the gun bays in the wings of the P-40K and replaces the corresponding plastic parts of the base kit in 1:48 scale. It makes it possible to present the model with the panels open and to show the armament and the inner structure of the wing faithfully.
Three-dimensionally drawn machine gun bays with the mounting of the weapons, the ammunition feeds and the rib structure. Open panels give the finished model the effect of a machine laid technically bare.
Wash the parts, cut the print supports away and smooth them down. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A primer, airbrushing and picking the detail out with a wash are what we recommend; the metal elements can be fine-tuned with metallic paint.
This is an add-on set, not the model itself. The plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
