It is a short-run kit, usually accompanied by extra parts such as photo-etch and resin items; check the exact contents of the box and the number of marking schemes against the manufacturer's part number for this item. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Fiat BR.20 Cicogna (Italian for stork) was the main Italian twin-engine medium bomber of the Regia Aeronautica in the Second World War. The prototype flew in 1936 and the machine ranked among the modern all-metal bombers of its day. It was used in the Spanish Civil War among other conflicts and later on various fronts in the Mediterranean and Eastern theaters. Some machines were also used by the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force. Power came from two radial engines and the defensive armament consisted of movable machine gun positions.
On short-run kits, count on more careful cleaning up of the parts and on adjusting the mating surfaces where needed. Separate the parts with a cutter and clean them with a fine file. Use thin modeling cement to glue the plastic and cyanoacrylate glue for the photo-etched and resin parts. Apply a primer before painting to even the surface out. An airbrush suits the camouflage schemes of Italian bombers; cover the glazing with masks.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
