A detail aftermarket set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard that adds a faithful gun sight to a model of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190 D-9 fighter in 1:48 scale. The part is made by direct 3D printing with a fine structure that injection-molded plastic cannot reach, and it is usually completed with a clear element for the reflector glass. It serves as an upgrade for a particular kit and does not make up a model on its own.
Separate the part carefully from the print supports, clean it up and wash off any residue before gluing. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate), not with cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting. Given the small dimensions, work with tweezers and good lighting.
This is a detail accessory, not an aircraft model. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
