A detail aftermarket set from the Czech maker Eduard that replaces the plastic pilot seat of the model of the Focke Wulf Fw 190 D-9 fighter in 1:48 scale. The part is made by direct 3D printing with a fine structure of the shell and detail that injection-molded plastic does not reach. It serves as an upgrade of a particular kit and does not make up a standalone model.
Carefully separate the seat from the print supports, clean it up and wash any residue off before gluing. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate) rather than with cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting; the belts and the detail will stand out after a wash. Protect your airways while sanding.
This is a detail set, not an aircraft model. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
