77propeller 1:48 masks for the He 219 coded G9+CH (Wnr. 290070) for spraying the national crosses and numbers.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of self-adhesive masks from 77propeller for a model of the Heinkel He 219 night fighter in 1:48 scale, specifically for the machine coded G9+CH with the works number 290070. It is not a model and not decals, but an aid for the airbrush: the masks outline the spraying of the national crosses (Balkenkreuze) and tactical numbers so that the markings are created in paint.
Sprayed crosses and numbers look more convincing than decals, they have no glossy film and no edges, and they follow the surface of the model better. The historical subject is the He 219 Uhu, one of the most capable night fighters of the Luftwaffe, with two engines, heavy cannon armament and airborne radar, which proved itself against British night bombers.
For modelers who want to spray the national crosses and numbers instead of applying decals and to reach the highest fidelity. It calls for experience with masking and the airbrush.
The set does not contain an aircraft model, paints or glue. It serves as an aid for spraying an existing kit.
