This is a resin detail and conversion set, not an aircraft kit. It contains the 30 mm MK 103 automatic cannon housed in an underslung pod (a gondola) and makes it possible to create the anti-armor Hs 129B-2/R2 version from a plastic model of the German Henschel Hs 129 ground-attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. The pod can be left open to reveal the detailed weapon with its mount.
The Henschel Hs 129 was a German single-seat ground-attack aircraft of the Second World War, heavily armored and intended for destroying ground targets. The versions equipped with the 30 mm MK 103 cannon in an underslung pod were used above all against armored machinery on the eastern front.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and cut off the casting blocks; sand with protection of the airways. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the inside of the pod and the cannon separately before closing it up, and bring the metal parts out with graphite or a dark metallic shade and a fine wash.
The set is an accessory for a plastic model, not a kit in its own right. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
