This set combines the proven Zvezda plastic kit with 3D printed details and 3D decals from Quinta Studio (manufacturer's part number QNT4002) in one package. The model can be built straight out of the box and allows both the Ka-52 variant and the modernized Ka-52M to be assembled.
The Kamov Ka-52 is a Russian two-seat attack helicopter marked out by the coaxial arrangement of two contra-rotating rotors; thanks to it the machine does without a tail rotor. The crew seated side by side and the extensive armament make it one of the most distinctive contemporary attack helicopters.
Build the Zvezda plastic base first, following the instructions; use liquid modeling cement on the plastic. Wash the print resin residue off the Quinta 3D printed details before fitting them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The 3D decals lift the look of the cockpit and the instrument panels considerably. We recommend working with preshading and then picking out the panel seams.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
