Reskit MiG-25 landing gear 1:48 is a resin landing gear set that replaces the parts from the box and raises both the detail and the strength of the landing gear legs on a MiG-25 model.

A detailed resin and 3D printed landing gear set in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer Reskit. It is not an airplane model but an accessory that replaces the landing gear legs, the wheels and the related parts from the plastic kit of the MiG-25 heavy interceptor. The fine printing faithfully captures the structure of the struts, the hydraulics and the hubs.
The set is intended for MiG-25 models in 1:48 scale. The accurately cast parts improve both the appearance and the load capacity of the landing gear, which builders of a larger model, where more weight bears on the legs, will appreciate in particular. The result is sharper and more realistic than the standard plastic parts.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the parts with an airbrush before fitting, highlight the metal surfaces and add a light wash in the recesses. Take care over the correct geometry when the legs are set in place.
This is a detail accessory, not a model on its own. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
