This set is not a kit but an accessory. It contains resin parts for the reconnaissance cameras, rounded out with photo-etch, and it is intended for models of the photo-reconnaissance F-6D Mustang in 1:48 scale.
The F-6D was the photo-reconnaissance version of the P-51D Mustang fighter. Pairs of large-format aerial cameras (typically the Fairchild K-17, K-22 or K-24) were fitted in the fuselage, one shooting obliquely to the side and the other vertically downward.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them down with your airways protected. Bend the small photo-etched parts over an edge and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. The cameras will be brought out by a dark wash and drybrushing.
This is an accessory for more advanced building; the basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
