The resin wheels bring sharper detail in the tread, the hub and the rim than the production plastic parts, and they take paint well. You use them in place of the kit wheels, which gives the landing gear of the model a more faithful look. The set is intended for the usual plastic P-51 kits in 1:48 scale.
Wash the parts to remove any mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Check compatibility with your particular kit. This is an accessory for more advanced modelers.
