This is a fine detail set, not a standalone model. It holds turned metal (brass) replacements for the two 20 mm wing cannons and for the pitot tube of the Japanese carrier fighter A6M Zero in 1:48 scale. The barrels have pre-drilled muzzles, so once fitted they look realistic and call for no further work. The metal execution is also far more durable than thin protruding plastic parts.
The set is intended for modelers who want to raise the realism of the armament and the durability of the fine protruding parts on a model of the Zero in 1:48 scale. It will be appreciated above all by builders focused on detail.
The set is an accessory to a kit and is supplied unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
