This is an aftermarket detail accessory, not a whole model. The package contains three clear 3D printed Revi 12 reflector gunsights of the kind fitted into the cockpits of German fighters and combat aircraft. The transparent print imitates the glass of the gunsight and the fine body of the instrument, and so it raises the realism of the cockpit interior.
The Revi 12 belonged to the early generation of German reflector gunsights, which projected an aiming reticle onto a glass reflector panel in front of the pilot. It was used on a number of Luftwaffe aircraft of the first half of the Second World War and it made accurate aiming easier.
Separate the clear parts carefully from the supports and protect the optical surface from scratching. Paint the body in a dark metal shade and leave the glass clear. Glue with a thin cyanoacrylate glue that does not fog transparent surfaces.
This is an accessory for building a model; the model itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
