1:48 Su-25 Frogfoot DARK Digital (Pixel) (best suitable for the plane number “blue 31”) Ukrainian Air Forces (Pre-cut painting masks )

Su-25 Frogfoot painting masks - dark digital scheme (1:48, Reskit)

This is a set of pre-cut painting masks in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer Reskit. The masks serve for airbrush painting of the dark variant of the digital (pixel) camouflage scheme of the Ukrainian Air Force onto a Su-25 model. They are optimized for the machine with the tactical number blue 31.

The real subject

The Sukhoi Su-25, NATO code Frogfoot, is a single-seat subsonic ground-attack aircraft for direct support of ground forces, with an armored cockpit and two engines. The digital (pixel) camouflage appeared on Ukrainian machines as a contemporary scheme with a light and a dark variant.

Use

• lay the mask exactly along the panels and the divisions of the fuselage
• paint with an airbrush in layers of shades, from lighter to darker
• the masks give the crisp edges of the pixel pattern that are hard to achieve with a brush
• once dry, peel the mask off carefully and unify the surface with a final clear coat

Who the masks are for

For modelers who want to paint a faithful dark digital camouflage on a Su-25 in 1:48 with clean transitions, and who prefer painting over applying decals.

This is a set of painting masks, not an airplane model. The model and the paints are not included in the package.
