A model of the British fighter Hawker Tempest Mk.II in the Hi-Tech boxing (as a rule plastic completed with resin and etched parts), scale 1:48. A kit to be glued and painted.
The Hawker Tempest was a British fighter of the end of the Second World War, valued for its high speed at low altitudes. The Mk.II version had a Bristol Centaurus radial engine (unlike the H-block Napier Sabre of the Mk.V) and entered service mostly after the war; later it also served in India and Pakistan.
It is worth building the model in subassemblies and testing the fit of the parts dry before gluing. Paint the cockpit and the interior and, if you wish, pick them out with a wash before closing the fuselage. For the best result use a good thin cement for plastic, fine files and, after the primer coat, an airbrush. Apply the decals over a gloss coat and seal them with a matte one.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
