A set of American short-range air-to-air missiles as external stores in 1:48 scale from Meng: precisely shaped armament for modern fighters.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from Meng holds modern American short-range guided air-to-air missiles in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a set of external stores with which you complete the pylons of your fighters and so raise the realism and the variety of your collection. The parts are injection-molded with fine surface detail and match contemporary standards of detail.
Short-range air-to-air missiles serve for close combat and for the defense of a fighter in a maneuvering fight. They are typically carried on wingtip or underwing pylons and are part of the basic armament of modern Western aircraft.
Separate the small parts from the sprue gates carefully and clean up the joints. For a realistic look, a white or gray base color with colored bands and stencils works well. Check that the pylons and racks match the aircraft model you have chosen.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the aircraft model are not included in the package.
