A plastic kit of the American Northrop T-38C Talon supersonic trainer in 1:48 scale from Trumpeter. The model is injection molded in polystyrene, with engraved panel structure, clear canopy parts and a detailed cockpit. The T-38C version corresponds to the upgraded training standard.
The T-38 Talon is a slender two-seat supersonic trainer powered by a pair of J85 engines. It became one of the most widespread jet trainers in the world and is used for advanced pilot training. The T-38C version brought upgraded avionics and a cockpit resembling contemporary combat aircraft, to ease the transition of pilots to modern equipment.
Glue the canopy glazing with canopy glue so that it does not fog. Finish and paint the interior before you close up the fuselage. Apply a primer before painting, spray single-color schemes with an airbrush and fix the decals on a gloss clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
