This is a small metal (photo-etched) detail set for models of the Czechoslovak Zlin Z-37 Cmelak agricultural airplane in 1:48 scale. It serves for finer detailing of selected features of the model; it is not a kit in its own right.
The Zlin Z-37 Cmelak is a single-engine crop-dusting airplane meant for aerial treatment of fields and forests. Its sturdy, simple structure with fixed landing gear is typical of agricultural aircraft. Fine metal parts bring out the small details that tend to be merely suggested in plastic.
Separate the photo-etched parts carefully from the fret, form the bends over a sharp edge and glue them with super glue. Degrease them before painting and apply a primer for good adhesion. Then paint the small plates with a brush.
The set is an accessory, not a model in its own right. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
