An injection-molded plastic kit of the German destroyer Z-43 in her 1944 fit, in 1:700 scale from Trumpeter. The model can be built full-hull or as a waterline model, and a base and photo-etched parts are included. The finished model is about 18.2 cm long.
Z-43 belonged to the German destroyers of Type 1936B of the Second World War. These ships carried main guns of 150 mm caliber, extensive anti-aircraft armament, torpedo tubes and equipment for laying depth charges. The model captures the wartime appearance of the ship in 1944.
Choose the full-hull or the waterline form in advance. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement and the fine and photo-etched parts with super glue. After priming, paint with an airbrush; the gun barrels, the mast and the railings come out well once a photo-etched set is added.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
