Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the three-engined high-wing airliner Avia F.VIIb from Valom in 1:72 scale. It is a short-run kit intended rather for more experienced modelers, typically supplemented by photo-etched and clear parts. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted; for the exact package contents go by the enclosed instructions.
The Avia F.VIIb was the license-built version of the successful three-engined transport aircraft Fokker F.VII/3m, produced in Czechoslovakia by the Avia company. It was a high-wing monoplane with three radial engines, a spacious passenger cabin and fixed landing gear. In the 1920s and 1930s the type was among the most widespread transport aircraft, and the Czechoslovak airlines operated it too.
With a short-run kit count on more careful cleaning up of the parts and on trying the fit dry. Take care over the symmetrical seating of the three engine nacelles and the precise seating of the high wing. Glue the photo-etched and clear parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Metallic paints or a polished surface will enliven the metal areas, and a thin wash the panel lines; lay the decals of the civil companies onto gloss varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
