An aftermarket detail accessory from the Hungarian company SBS Model. The set contains crisply cast resin propellers with hubs that take the place of the plastic parts on models of the heavy fighter and attack aircraft Bristol Beaufighter in 1:72 scale. The more faithful blade profile and the cleaner hub noticeably raise the realism of the finished model once painted.
The Bristol Beaufighter was a British twin-engine heavy fighter and attack aircraft of the Second World War, used as a night fighter and as a torpedo-carrying and attack machine. It was powered by powerful radial engines, and its sturdy silhouette is among the characteristic British types of that time.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin propellers, cut the casting blocks away and fit the surfaces. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Paint the parts separately and fit them at the end of the build.
The accessory is supplied as unpainted resin castings. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
