A photo-etched diorama set imitating ornamental European wrought and cast iron gates in 1:72 scale. It is not a model of a vehicle but a building element for a scene: the finely etched parts capture the ornamental grilles and can be used at entrances, on fences, in gardens and in urban corners. Pattern 2 is one of the variants of the ornament.
Wrought gates give a diorama scale, depth and a European period character. The see-through structure of the grilles comes across realistically and sits well among buildings, fences and greenery.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a surface, bend them gently if need be and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. For a convincing look of metal, use a base color, light rust and dry-brushed highlights on the edges.
This is a diorama accessory, not a model. The paints, glue and other elements are not included in the package.
