A detailed resin set of replacement wheels in 1:72 scale from the brand Reskit. It is not an aircraft kit but an aftermarket accessory. It replaces the box-stock plastic wheels with cleanly cast resin parts with a more faithful tread and hub pattern.
The heavy F-105 fighter-bomber had robust landing gear that is clearly visible on a model. Resin wheels give it a more realistic look than production plastic and tend to be made with a hint of load on the tires. The set is intended for the single-seat F-105 A, B, C and D versions.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them (protect your airways). They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting and spray the tires and the hubs separately.
The set contains only the resin wheel parts and is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the aircraft model are not included in the package.
