A resin, 3D-printed detail set capturing the open exhaust nozzles for a model of the carrier fighter F-14D Tomcat in 1:72 scale. The replacement nozzles in the open position faithfully replace the parts from the kit and markedly improve the look of the tail end of this twin-engine machine. The target kit is the GWH one.
The Grumman F-14 Tomcat was an American twin-engine carrier fighter with a variable-sweep wing. The latest version, the F-14D Super Tomcat, received more powerful engines and modernized avionics. The shape of the nozzle petals changes with the engine setting.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
