The package contains plastic sprues including clear parts and decals for period aircraft; the exact contents are given on the packaging.
The Heinkel He 280 went down in history as the first twin-engined jet fighter to fly. It was created in the early 1940s as a private venture by the Heinkel company and was powered by a pair of early jet engines slung under the wing. Although the type never reached series production and other designs were preferred, it is among the most significant milestones of the early jet era. Its elegant shapes and underslung engines make the model an attractive piece for lovers of aviation technology.
Assemble the small cockpit and landing gear parts carefully and mask the glazing before painting. Bond the plastic with a liquid modeling cement and sand the joints of the fuselage and the engine nacelles down. Apply the period German shades with an airbrush; fine washes in the panel lines and restrained weathering will give it character.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
