Responsibility details are not available.
A short-run injection-molded plastic kit of the German jet project Henschel Hs 132 in the C version in 1:72 scale from RS models. It is a model of an aircraft that never reached operational service and belongs among the projects known as Luft '46. The package offers decals for several interesting marking options. Short-run tooling means fine surface detail but coarser sprue gates and the need for more careful clean-up, so we recommend the kit to more experienced modelers.
The Henschel Hs 132 was a German jet dive bomber and fighter project of the end of the Second World War. It had an unusual layout: the jet engine mounted on top of the fuselage and the pilot lying prone on his stomach, which was meant to help him take the g-loads when pulling out of a dive. The war ended before it could fly, so it remained at the stage of part-built prototypes and paper versions.
Expect the characteristics of a short-run mold: cut the parts off with some margin and sand the gates back, test-fit the mating surfaces dry and adjust them if need be. Glue the parts with liquid polystyrene cement and the small and any resin parts with cyanoacrylate. Mask the glazing. Because the type was never built, you have a certain creative freedom in choosing camouflage and markings within the schemes offered.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
