A resin and 3D printed set of external stores in 1:72 scale from the Ukrainian brand Reskit. It contains two LAU-88 launchers and six AGM-65 Maverick guided missiles. It serves as a faithful addition to fighter and attack aircraft; it is not a model on its own but an accessory for a kit.
The AGM-65 Maverick is an American tactical air-to-ground guided missile intended against tanks, fortified targets, vessels and elements of air defense. Depending on the version it uses television, infrared or laser guidance. The LAU-88 is a triple launcher on which up to three Mavericks can be carried. The missile and the launcher were carried by the A-10, the F-16 and the F/A-18, for instance.
Wash the uncured print resin residue off the resin and 3D printed parts, cut off the print supports and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting and take care over the correct seating of the launchers on the racks of the carrier aircraft.
It is not a standalone aircraft model. The set is meant to complete a kit; the base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
