An injection-molded plastic kit of the American M7 Small Arms Repair workshop body on the chassis of a GMC truck in 1:72 scale from PST. The set captures a rear-area support vehicle intended for repairing small arms.
The GMC CCKW truck was one of the backbones of American army logistics in the Second World War and served under dozens of bodies. The M7 version carried a specialized workshop for repairing and maintaining light firearms right in the field, thanks to which units could do without sending weapons to distant rear bases.
Separate the small parts in this small scale carefully and glue them with thin cement for plastic. Finish the chassis and the cab before you close up the bed with the workshop body. We recommend a base coat of primer and spraying with an airbrush; final washes and pigments will bring out the details and create dust effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
