Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet Mil Mi-8 multipurpose helicopter in 1:72 scale from Smer. A model of a large machine that still flies in many countries today.
The Mil Mi-8 is a twin-engine transport and multipurpose helicopter of Soviet origin and one of the most produced and most widely used helicopters in history. It serves to carry troops and cargo, in armed versions it can also carry weapons, and it is used for rescue and civilian duties as well. It is notable for its roomy cargo cabin and its five-blade main rotor.
Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement. On the large fuselage, dry-fit the halves and sand the seams back once they are glued. Apply a primer before painting; the large fuselage surfaces are best sprayed with an airbrush. Fit the main and tail rotors and the landing gear at the very end of the build so that they are not broken off while handling the model.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
