This resin detail set from the Czech manufacturer CMK contains two faithfully cast Martin-Baker Mk.10 ejection seats for a model of the two-seat trainer version of the Dassault Mirage F.1B in 1:72 scale. Two seats match the tandem cockpit layout of the two-seat version. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces the seats from the model box.
The Martin-Baker Mk.10 seat is a later, more capable type with a different geometry from the older Mk.4. The castings capture the structure of the backrest, the cushions and the pull handles; photo-etched belts are usually included. A pair of seats brings both cockpits of the two-seat version to life.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
