A detail set of seat belts for the pilot seats of modern fighters in 1:72 scale from Fine Molds. Set No. 5 suits machines with an ejection seat from the 1950s onward, among them models of the F-104 Starfighter. The belts are made of a special flexible plastic that holds its shape and allows a natural sag to be formed, and unlike photo-etched parts it does not break easily.

Use

• Separate the belts and form them into the position you want
• Fit them onto the seat and secure them with a suitable glue
• Fine-tuning the folds gives the harness a natural, relaxed look
• Paint them according to the real aircraft for maximum realism
